The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of performing the contract between them and the Buyer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2017/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data, to the extent to which the Buyer has provided them. To the greatest possible extent, this data includes: first name, last name, email address, telephone number and bank account number or payment card number. The minimum scope of personal data that the Seller reserves as a condition for concluding the contract and which the Buyer is obliged to provide is first and last name and email address. The bank account number or payment card number are stored without connection to other personal data in the accounting on the Seller's bank statements and are not processed in any way.
In particular, these are the following sub-purposes of personal data processing:
The Buyer enters their personal data through the website and BZUCO e-shop software. In case of incorrectly entered data (e.g., typo in the name or telephone number), the Buyer is obliged to contact the Seller in their own interest. The Seller stores personal data for as long as necessary, but no longer than 12 months, and then deletes the personal data. If the Buyer wishes to delete the information earlier, they can contact the Seller and request deletion of their personal data.
The Seller stores the email addresses of all Buyers indefinitely and uses them for the purpose of sending commercial information concerning Promotions. If the Buyer does not wish to receive commercial information, they can opt out of receiving it by simply replying by email that they no longer wish to receive any commercial information; in such case, their email address will then be removed from the mailing list. The Buyer may also contact the Seller directly to object to the sending of commercial information.
The Seller keeps statistics on the number of tickets sold for each Event in each year. The basis for these statistics is the personal data of Buyers, which is, however, fully anonymized through the BZUCO online store software and there is no possibility of subsequent identification of Buyers.
During Events, the Seller as the organizer takes photographs and short audiovisual recordings for the purpose of promoting Events on the Internet. The Seller makes every effort to preserve the privacy of visitors as much as possible when taking photographs and filming. If the Buyer finds that they are clearly recognizable in any of the photographs, they may contact the Seller and request that they take additional technical measures to anonymize the Buyer as a visitor, in particular by artificially blurring their image.
The Buyer is entitled to contact the Seller or the Data Protection Authority at any time with requests or complaints regarding the processing of their personal data.
